Our next annual event will take place at the Yoga Center of Columbia on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. Please join us. If you live too far away to attend this year, we still appreciate your donation, and perhaps you can participate in YSNV 2010!Free practice times are available every Friday evening at 6:30 P.M. from September 11 through November 6.

If you are a Yoga practitioner at any level, the most satisfying way is to be a "Participant," enlisting sponsors and performing the 108 Sun Salutations with us. If you would like to help in other ways you are encouraged to:
- Become a "Donor" by providing an item such as a basket, gift certificate, etc. which can be sold or raffled.
- Become a "Non-Participating Sponsor" through a cash donation of any amount. If you would like to contribute $108 in lieu of performing the 108 Sun Salutations, it will accomplish wonderful things, make you feel good, and get you a free t-shirt.
