Our next annual event will take place at the Yoga Center of Columbia on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 2:00 P.M.as well as the Willow Street Yoga Takoma Park Studios(6930 Carroll Avenue, Suite 100; 301-270-8038) on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 3:00P.M. Please join us. If you live too far away to attend this year, we still appreciate your donation, and perhaps you can participate in YSNV 2012!Free practice times are available at the Yoga Center of Columbia every Friday evening at 6:15 P.M. beginning September 9 and continuing through Friday October 28.
Free practice times are available at Willow Street every Friday evening from 6 - 7:15P.M. in Studio 1A in Takoma Park, beginning September 30.
(The practice is free but a suggested $10 donation towards the event will be greatly appreciated.)

If you are a Yoga practitioner at any level, the most satisfying way is to be a "Participant," enlisting sponsors and performing the 108 Sun Salutations with us. If you would like to help in other ways you are encouraged to:
- Become a "Donor" by providing an item such as a basket, gift certificate, etc. which can be sold or raffled.
- Become a "Non-Participating Sponsor" through a cash donation of any amount. If you would like to contribute $108 in lieu of performing the 108 Sun Salutations, it will accomplish wonderful things and make you feel terrific!
